Insurance and Billing

Sun City Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff, organized process, and very easy overall. I felt well cared for and would absolutely recommend them.

Best experience for a colonoscopy lol. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We were in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I came in with stomach pain, unpredictable bowel movements, a history of internal bleeding, and other ongoing issues. On top of that, I had started losing weight and couldn’t figure out why. I came in looking for answers. They scheduled me for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, which was my second time going through these procedures. I expected more clarity afterward, but it felt like I received the bare minimum. I was told the biopsy showed nothing wrong, despite them finding an ulcer in my esophagus, another in my stomach, and significant irritation. Instead of getting answers, I was simply told, “We found nothing,” and that was the end of it. I even asked whether they had looked into Crohn's disease, and they said my doctor would call me back. I never received a call. At this point, it looks like I’ll need to seek a second opinion.

From entering the office for first appointment to the procedures date, the whole staff front desk to the Dr. Kothur during the procedures where awsome...They all made me feel welcome, calm, safe, and in good hands. Will be making an appointment with them in 5yrs. Thanks Dr. Kothur and your entire team, for taking good care of me, while in your awesome hands.
