Insurance and Billing
Sun City Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

I wish I could give this facility 10 stars! While the prepping for my colonoscopy was well, I’ll just say not fun, the actual procedure was quite the opposite. From the time I walked through the doors to being assisted out after the colonoscopy was over, I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the entire process. From start to finish, Sun City Endoscopy Center operated like a well oiled machine! The entire medical team was simply awesome and extremely professional. Hopefully this next comment isn’t TMI but, they even provided me pictures of “everything” as well as a “Thank You” patient appreciation card! In summary, I lost my favorite brother in law to colon cancer in 2021 so I would highly recommend this center to perform this all important and necessary screening. Early detection is key and in my opinion, there is no better place than Sun City Endoscopy Center to ensure this objective.

Everything about the office is fabulous! The initial appointment was easy to make and the staff was well trained and organized in getting the next steps set up. The day of my procedure went very smoothly. The entire team was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this office for your colonoscopy needs.

I was really impressed by my whole experience from the moment I walked through the front door to exiting! Staff were soo friendly, the Prep team were efficient, thoughtful and supportive. My nurse anesthesiologist explained exactly how the procedure would run. The procedure room was very clean, comfortable and organized. Last,,, cannot say enough Great things about Dr. Lam. She is absolutely the best !!!

All things considered (colonoscopy visit) it was an excellent experience. I had Dr Lam's A-team, Kathleen, Connie and Benito (I forgot my post procedure nurse's name because I was a wee bit high) I traveled from Oregon because I know the center is the BEST. Most of all, I planned my destination colonoscopy to have Dr Lam drive the scope. I will be traveling back again when it's time for my next colonoscopy.
