Insurance and Billing
Sun City Endoscopy Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Everything was great, from the check in it only took about 5 minutes to go back and get prepared for the procedure. Staff was super nice which made me more comfortable before the procedure . Over all it was not an unpleasant procedure . I would recommend Sun City Endoscopy to anyone who needs this done.

I’ve had a hand full of colonoscopies and this was my first time at this location. They had me get there an hour early and didn’t get me back until 45 min after my scheduled procedure time which was frustrating when you can’t eat or drink and have a headache. The nurse who got me set up and the anesthesiologist were awesome! The anesthesiologist evening gave me something before the procedure to help get rid of my headache which I really appreciated. After the procedure this older nurse came in and woke me up abruptly and sat the stretcher back straight up and told me to open my eyes. She then told my husband to go pull the car around and she will get me dressed. He tried to say he’d help me get dressed but she cut him off and told him to just get the car. My eyes are barely open and this lady is handing my underwear to and rushing me out the door. I was annoyed the rest of the day. Take forever to get me in and then rush me out. I didn’t like how the doctor didn’t wait till I was up rather to come and tell me what he found and ask if I had questions. Soo not the best experience.

Dr.Lam is great, easy to talk to. The crew at Endpscopy center is very capable, considerate, nice group. Procedure went smoothly.
