Dr. Hughes is originally from Arizona and completed his medical school training at St. George’s University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He completed his internal medicine residency and his gastroenterology fellowship training at Creighton University Arizona. He is board certified in internal medicine and is obtaining his gastroenterology board certification this year. His professional interests include acute and chronic liver disease and inflammatory bowel disease.  In his free time, he enjoys hiking.
