Insurance and BillingDr Hughes and his staff were amazing. Everyone in the facility made my visit almost painless. It was a great experience. I would recommend Arizona Digestive health above any other endoscopy clinic. Thank you all very much for the superb care.
Dr. Trivedi and staff were very patient focused and caring. Mary Kay, my intake nurse made me very comfortable before the procedure and was so personable. The nurses in the suite were also accommodating to my needs. Sam, my discharge nurse, was very patient and friendly as well as helpful. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is due to the excessive paperwork involved at intake, much of which could have been taken care of previously to avoid waiting for the procedure. All in all, I would recommend the Arizona Digestive Institute for your endoscopy experience.
From the receptionist on through entire experience, every single person was exceptionally friendly and kind.
My colonoscopy was done by Dr. Hughes. Everything went well and the nurses and staff were great.

Very professional amb surg office. Dr Hughes is excellent. Staff very helpful. The only thing I did not like at the office was signing the medicare coverage waiver for anesthesiologist at the time of sign in at the front desk. That is not something you hit a patient with at the last moment of sign in.
